PIVF is hosted in Peruvanam, Cherpu, Thrissur, Kerala, India.

PIVF showcases books authored by both Indian and global writers, represented by international publishing houses. It also features the International Folk Festival within PIVF, with curated performances, lectures, dialogues, and demonstrations centered around the theme, “Migrated Letters, Arts & Culture.”
PIVF is hosted by the Sarvamangala Trust, a non-profit organization registered in the state of Kerala, India. The trust is committed to promoting ancient and classical art forms of India and raising awareness about the culture and practices of ancient villages.
